Problems with European Union customs
My order has been for more than a week in customs because the products cannot enter the European Union if solawave doesn't provide me with the CE mark certificate (this document proves that the product is compliant with EU regulations). Solawave told me they cannot provide me this certificate. Customer Service told me they contacted DHL to find a solution. DHL told me Solawave didn't contact them. DHL told me the only way to pass customs is having the certificate. I don't recommend buying it if you are in Europe
