The Solawave Wand is not designed to activate when in contact with facial hair. We recommend shaving before use as hair can interfere with the conductivity of the wand. The facial area under a beard or mustache cannot be treated. Potential adverse reactions may include skin irritation or redness. For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not apply stimulation across your chest as the introduction of electrical current into the chest may cause rhythm disturbances to your heart, which could be lethal.
Precautions
The Solawave Wand is designed for cosmetic use only and for individuals in good health.
A slight tingling sensation may occur while using the Solawave Wand. There also may be a perception of flashing lights during the use of the wand, resulting from the stimulation of your optic nerve. If you notice this condition constantly and without the use of your SolaWave Wand, consult your doctor.
Caution should be exercised for patients with suspected or diagnosed heart problems.
Caution should be exercised for patients with suspected or diagnosed epilepsy.
Caution should be exercised if you have a tendency to hemorrhage following acute trauma, and/or when using the Solawave Wand over areas of the skin that lack normal sensation.
If you experience skin irritation or hypersensitivity due to the electrical stimulation or electrical conductive medium (e.g., the Solawave Conductive Serum), you can likely reduce the irritation by using an alternate conductive medium.
The Solawave Wand should not be used while driving, operating machinery, or during any activity in which involuntary muscle contractions may put the user at undue risk of injury.
If you have suspected or diagnosed heart disease, you should follow precautions recommended by your physician.
Consult with your physician prior to using the device after a recent surgical procedure.
Adverse Reactions
If you experience a persistent headache and/or other painful sensations during or following the use of the Solawave Wand, you should stop using the device and consult with your physician.
