How to use Bye Acne
Before First Use
Charge the device for at least 30 minutes (more information on charging in FAQ section).
Perform a Light Sensitivity Test We highly recommend users perform a light sensitivity test before their first use of the device.
We highly recommend users to perform a light sensitivity test before commencing treatment.
Place the device on the inner forearm.
Turn on the device to start a treatment session.
Wait till the treatment session is complete. This will take 10 minutes.
If your skin feels hot or uncomfortable during the treatment, stop immediately. You may be sensitive to light.
The device will automatically turn off once the treatment is done. Remove the device and wait for at least 24 hours. Check your skin regularly during the 24 hours. If your skin appears red and/or feels itchy, the device is unsuitable for you. Please contact our support team for assistance.
If you do not see any redness or irritation resulting from your light sensitivity test you are ready to begin using Bye Acne.
